Guidelines for Charitable Organization Presenters
We’re glad that you have been selected to share the mission of your local charitable organization to 100(+) Women Who Care - Columbus Metro. These guidelines explain the format of our meetings, provide some tips on the type of information that our members hope to learn about your organization, and list some simple follow-up expectations should you be the lucky winner!
Note: Only local 501(c)(3) charitable organizations are eligible for consideration. You must be able to provide the EIN for your organization and be in good standing with the State and Federal governments.

We’re glad that you have been selected to share the mission of your local charitable organization to 100(+) Women Who Care - Columbus Metro. These guidelines explain the format of our meetings, provide some tips on the type of information that our members hope to learn about your organization, and list some simple follow-up expectations should you be the lucky winner!

Meeting Format
- Representatives from three organizations will have the opportunity to present at each meeting.
- Each presenter has 5 minutes to provide an overview of their work/mission.
- There is a Q&A after all three presentations.
- All members present vote for one of the organizations presenting.
- Each member (or group) commits to donating $100 to the winning organization.
- The winning organization takes all of the donations that evening.
- You will also receive additional checks from those who weren't present at the meeting by arranging to pick up the checks from our 100 WWC financial administrator.
Suggested Information to Present at Meeting
- Name of organization.
- Mission
- What population does your organization serve (children, women, elderly, mentally ill, animals, etc.)?
- How would the donated funds be used?
- What are the current sources of funding for your organization?
- What are the administrative costs?
- Distribution of brochures and handouts about your organization are strongly encouraged. We kindly ask that at the end of the meeting you pick up any excess material so they can be reused.
Meeting Follow-up
- Your organization must agree not to sell, give or use the 100(+) Women Who Care - Columbus Metro contact information for additional solicitations.
- If your organization does not win, you can be submitted for consideration again after one year.
- At the following meeting, please send a representative to provide a brief update as to how our donations were used, and the impact it has had on your organization.
- Please consider posting your experience with 100(+) Women Who Care - Columbus Metro on your social media sites and in your newsletters. This helps us to continue to spread the word about 100(+) Women Who Care - Columbus Metro.
